About Oliver Sabot

I wear two primary hats at the moment: I lead the climate portfolio for the Kissick Family Foundation and I am an executive coach to dozens of leaders seeking greater impact, fulfillment, and joy through my practice - Bedrock. More on both those roles below. I bring several decades of experience to both roles as a serial social entrepreneur, leader of large organizations and teams, funder and investor, and researcher and writer. Most of my work has focused on developing and scaling new approaches to transforming climate, health, and education outcomes, particularly in emerging markets. But I am increasingly interested in ways to support the flourishing of people from of all walks and stages of life. It is the great people I work with - far more than the ideas I work on - that bring me joy.
