The RC Munich-Bavaria started begin of March 2022 with first shipments of medical goods into Ukraine. Soon the idea came up to join forces with other Rotary and Rotaract Clubs in Munich and the related district 1842 to raise more funds an individual club can do by itself. A project team formed, creating structures to manage and qualify the support requests from Ukraine, deal with all necessary regulatory affairs, purchase medical goods and set-up an efficient logistics process to ship all goods into the Ukraine.Meanwhile the project has shipped medical goods for several millions of Euros and receives support from Rotary Clubs and Districts worldwide. The project aims to deliver into areas suffering most, currently focusing on the eastern and southern parts of the Ukraine.
