Leading Mer\'s legal function in the UK, I manage a dedicated team which advises Mer\'s two UK businesses on all legal issues - ensuring compliance and facilitating growth within the dynamic EV charging sector. As part of this role, I sit on the senior management teams for the two UK businesses, providing input on business strategy and commercial risk.Prior to working at Mer, I worked in DWF\'s Real Estate team specialising in the Investment and Funds Sector. In this role, I honed my legal expertise working on high-value real estate transactions (sales, acquisitions, lettings and financing). The experience gained in these two roles has helped me combine legal expertise with good commercial insight. This enables me to provide clear, pragmatic advice to senior stakeholders so that they can make informed decisions that bolster Mer\'s market position.
