Founder and CEO of Oath Surgical bringing 15+ years’ experience investing-in & clinically-applying frontier surgical technologies and business model innovation designed to maximize patient outcomes & lower the cost of care.Oath Surgical is rearchitecting the surgical care system around how it should work in 2025 and beyond: digitally integrated, AI-powered, surgeon-led, and built to deliver value-based care. Our team has developed the first end-to-end operating system for outpatient surgery - a system which unites physical multispecialty sites of care, human expertise, and proprietary AI - to deliver high quality outcomes at lower costs.Before Oath, I founded and led Intuitive Ventures to become the $250M+ AUM, multi-fund corporate venture platform of surgical robotics pioneer, Intuitive Surgical. In structuring a new corporate innovation function within Intuitive I worked closely with startup founders and boards to build deep operational, strategic and financial value. I continue to support new and existing investments as a Venture Partner with Intuitive Ventures.
