Hired and set up product teams to build out computer vision and task product teams from scratch whilst supporting incident prevention as an additional product, coaching the PM\'s to support their development and enable product outcomes to be achieved. Delivered a CV based shrink at till capability, significantly reducing shrink whilst enhancing customer and colleague experience to 390 stores.Delivered DS modelled optimisations (metaheuristics) to stores and depots, optimising pick and replen routines, with 7-figure operational savings. My team drives the work into 6 scrum teams and over 30 developers and data scientists, building out enterprise APIs, colleague facing UIs and multiple data science models in the fields of prescriptive analytics, operational research and computer vision.
