I am a Legal Director in Bird & Bird\'s dispute resolution group in London, specialising in disputes with public authorities, public procurement challenges, and contentious antitrust and public policy issues.With a background in commercial litigation, I advise on a broad range of commercial disputes, predominantly involving public authorities. I act in judicial review claims against public bodies\' decisions in the Administrative Court, and in challenges to public procurement decisions and public contract awards in the Technology and Construction Court.I also have considerable experience acting in stand-alone and follow-on antitrust disputes before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as acting in appeals under the UK Subsidy Control Act.A qualified solicitor-advocate, I am experienced in cases before the High Court, Court of Appeal and UK Supreme Court, as well as in all forms of ADR and mediation.In addition to advising on litigation, I also regularly advise clients on electoral law, political donation regulations, and Lobbying Act compliance questions.
