After 13+ years of experience managing full lifecycle recruiting across a mix of corporate and agency environments, I co-founded On The Hook Recruiting. Recruiting had been broken for a long time and I knew there was a better way to fill positions with top talent while also creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with hiring managers and clients. Our team uses a mix of specialized technology, a personalized strategy, and unique cost models to ensure our clients fill positions faster with the highest level of talent available while always being mindful of the cost to do so.
