I am a proven business leader with more than 20 years of professional experience primarily in taking new technology to market and covering the disciplines of sales, marketing, strategy and business development.I have enjoyed over 15 years of senior management experience leading, managing and growing companies across a range of ownership structures (listed, private, VC) and scale (start-up to P/L responsibility greater than €50M).I am very competitive, determined and results driven. I am confident to ‘lead from the front’ as a member of the team rather than shouting from the sidelines. I prefer a hands-on inclusive management style through which to encourage, coach and motivate my teams to achieve exceptional performance with low voluntary staff turnover.
