As a Partner for Technology, I support and facilitate a global Technology group of 200 within an organization of 550. It is a multi-faceted role that involves program-level project leadership, new business, strategic capability development, stewardship of an array of internal initiatives, and community engagement. I collaborate with clients from day one and stay hands-on in pitching, discovery, architecture, execution, and delivery. Most recently I led an 18-month multi-platform development program for audio streaming company Audacy. The Work & Co team conceived, implemented, and launched new iOS, Android, and web applications – with shared cross-platform code in a monorepo strategy – on top of an entirely new event-driven platform and API gateway.
