In the early days of my career as a technician, I always knew I wanted to progress within the motor industry. From early childhood I’ve always been passionate about anything with an engine, driven by a history of racing in our family. My competitive nature and determination meant I’ve always strived to be the best I can, but time has shown me you can’t do it alone. My biggest success is recognising the importance of surrounding yourself with great people. Great people do great things for our customers and business alike. Some people are yet to recognise they’re great, my enjoyment comes from helping them see that. My extensive Aftersales experience has given me strong foundations to focus on people and process across all revenue channels, ensuring dealership KPI focus is part of everyday discussion. I always aim to deploy a clear and achievable strategy to my teams, allowing them to find their own way, whilst under my guidance, of achieving our shared goals of profitability and industry leading customer satisfaction.
