I lead cybersecurity where it matters: at enterprise scale, under board scrutiny, across IT and OT, with real operational consequences.My default is simple: clarity over noise, trust over theatrics, outcomes over activity. I build security functions that leaders can steer, teams can sustain, and the business can rely on when pressure hits.Frameworks are tools, not rituals. ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST CSF and IEC 62443 create value only when they translate into decisions, ownership, and measurable control. That\'s the work, turning policy into practice, metrics into management, and audits into credibility.I\'ve done this in both advisory and line roles: over a decade in consulting (Accenture, later KPMG) delivering infrastructure and security transformations across DACH industry, then building and leading global cyber architecture and operating model capability at innogy, and most recently carrying Head-of-Cyber and CISO mandates in international industrial groups including Klöckner and ARLANXEO. Twenty-five years across security, infrastructure, and transformation in industrial, energy, and regulated environments has sharpened one conviction: the technical work is never the hard part.Oxford (Saïd Business School) sharpened how I think about systems, decisions, and trust, and I bring that lens into every mandate.Credentials support the craft, they don\'t define it: Certified CISO (CCISO), CIPM, CISM, CISSP, SABSA Foundation, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
