Supporting Science and Scientists at Every Stage of Their Journey After leading an NCI-funded cancer research lab, working in leadership at a cancer center and serving at the NCI in support of early career scientists, I have realized that my true calling is empowering other scientists to achieve their full potential. Today, I serve as a strategic partner to researchers navigating the complex landscape of scientific careers. My Approach: Grant Consulting Excellence With a 100% NIH grant success rate (eventually!) and experience reviewing on 25+ grant committees, as well as 5 years at NCI leading the early-career investigator grant portfolio, I help scientists transform their research ideas into funded realities. From R01s, CCSG Programs, a SPORE to K99/R00, F99/K00 and the new K32 - I\'ve been there—and I know what program officers and reviewers want to see. Career & Life Coaching for Scientists Science is demanding, but it doesn\'t have to be overwhelming. I help researchers navigate life and career challenges to better align with their values and goals, from early-career navigation to leadership transitions. Currently pursuing advanced coaching certification through iPEC.
