Currently leading Engineering for our Ads Targeting, Ads Quality, and Direct Response teams, covering a total of 200+ engineers and XFN partners and multiple multi-billion dollar revenue streams. Previously lead the Commerce Relevance organisation that is responsible for the core relevance and personalisation of our commerce business. Working with our partners in the family of apps (Facebook, Instagram etc.), we develop and build state of the art machine learning systems to help businesses grow everywhere, and ensure every user is finding relevant, personalised products. Team was composed of 100+ software engineers, research scientists, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners across London and Tel Aviv.
