ABOUT OLIVER WELTER
I am a final year student at University of Cologne and HKUST pursuing the CEMS master in management. As a firm believer of combining academic theory with insights from the business world, I gained work experience in Germany and France as a trainee at Henkel during both my undergraduate and graduate studies, mostly in the strategy team for adhesives used in e-mobility. Prior to my academic career, I completed an apprenticeship as industrial clerk at 3M, the starting point of developing my hands-on mentality.
