Lead and manage the food production in this multi-outlet operation. Menu planning in all areas including the Pier Eight Restaurant and Bar, The Tower coffee shop, conference and banqueting facilities and the Village Green Room for Lowry staff, visiting theatre, ballet and opera companies.
