I am a highly motivated and self-driven Innovation Manager, a strategic thinker and operator with a proven track record in developing and launching enzyme products and sustainable solutions combining enzymes with chemistry for Laundry and ADW applications, managing operational R&D project portfolios, leading global technical key account projects to improve the company’s innovation footprint and together with marketing and sales building on the relationship with our global customers.In my previous assignment as head of advance formulations and performance I was in charge of strengthening the automatization and through-put in home care applications and led the role out of new tools for enhanced data management and prediction modelling to capture value with improved detergent formulations know how to accelerate R&D, increase efficiency in product development and strengthen the robustness of business case assumptions for innovation projects.I enjoy leading global interdisciplinary teams (EU, ASIA, NA, LATAM) and look forward to delivering excellence in each project the teams are working on.
