Production & Field Management – Oversee budgeting, permitting, travel logistics, safety planning, and crew coordination for multi-location shoots across North America and overseas locations.Cinematography & Post – Operate cameras (RED, Sony FX-line, FPV drones), handle data wrangling, and cut final masters in Resolve; comfortable with VFX cleanup, color, and 4 K delivery.Business Development – Pitch and close brand partnerships with outdoor industry leaders, negotiate contracts, and track ROI for sponsors.Team Leadership – Recruit and mentor a rotating crew of shooters, editors, and athletes while fostering a collaborative, safety-first culture on set and in the backcountry.Marketing & Distribution – Build festival, social-launch, and film tour strategies that have generated organic views across web and socials.
