Working for a specialist residential team within the Valuation and Advisory Services team in our London (West End) office undertaking valuations primarily within prime central London and residential development.My role includes:* Providing advice to a variety of clients including banks, brokers, building societies developers and private investors.* Undertaking loan security valuations on behalf of various national and international financial institutions.* Preparing reports for secured lending, internal accounting, and acquisition purposes.* Preparation of portfolio valuations.* Areas of expertise include prime central London residential, prime Home Counties and residential development valuations.* Use of appraisal and analytical software (Argus Val Cap & Argus Developer)
