Now I can offer you much more, all products out of the Tate & Lyle Portfolio. Sure a lot of Single ingredients like Malto dextrin, starches etc. But key are solution too. Solution for sugar reduction. With fibers, polydex, Stevia, Sucralose etc. Full concepts incl. the thickening and stabilizer part. I \'am the one who can help and support you. I have an outstanding knowledge and experience esp. for fruit preparation and filling agents. For Carrageen, LBG and Pectin I \'am your expert and partner. I have a big Network for other food additives too. I will find the right person / company to help you. Do you have a problem to get the right raw material I can help you too. I am part of the BBC category leadership team too. This is my working life. Beside that the most important part is my family, my wife and my 3 kids. I love to do sports, esp. Tennis, Golf, Trekking and Beach Volleyball.
