I am a Partner at Enyo Law, specialising in complex financial litigation and insolvency litigation. I am an expert in disputes involving complex financial products often acting for banks, funds and other counterparties, as well as trustees and agents. I have a strong track record of success, winning the vast majority of cases that I have taken to trial. I am also well known for my insolvency litigation and contentious restructuring expertise. I have acted for creditors, companies and insolvency practitioners on many of the most high profile insolvency and restructuring disputes in the last two decades, including in connection with Enron, Lehman Bros, Kaupthing, MF Global, Phones 4U, TXU, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Virgin Active, Greensill and Vroon. In recent years I have also advised on issues arising in connection with payments, fintech, blockchain and crypto-currencies.
