My team is responsible for the end-to-end operation and maintenance of the CAS Focused Run monitoring platform and the CAS ITSM system.We drive operational excellence through continuous improvement projects, manage SaaS platform operations, and deliver robust reporting solutions for SAP Cloud Application Services. Our activities include- Running and evolving the CAS Focused Run and ITSM platforms - Leading Ops projects and driving automation- Implementing AI applications to enhance service delivery - Overseeing application development on SAP BTP - Researching and piloting new technologies for cloud operations- Providing and maintaining the central reporting platform for CAS - Supporting innovation and digital transformation across SAP’s cloud portfolioIn addition, I am actively involved in shaping the CAS Service Portfolio and serve as a Service Owner myself. My focus is on operational reliability, technology innovation, and delivering measurable value to our internal and external stakeholders.
