ABOUT OLIVER PIEPER
I’m Oli, experience design consultant, design leader and manager at Netlight Consulting. I have hands-on experience in digital product design, design leadership & management as well as design operations within industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, e-commerce & insurance auditing. I help my clients achieve their desired business outcomes through understanding and designing for their customer’s needs & desires, no matter how specific or fuzzy their objectives are. I\'m renown for bringing structure to the uncertain. I\'m trusted to glue people from different competence backgrounds together (not in a literal sense of course). My hands-on skills in leadership, user research (qual & quant), classical UX methodologies, UI design (mobile & web), prototyping, workshopping & service design are my vehicles to do so. My most favorite places to ride to are the intersections where product design meets product management, engineering, data science & analytics and marketing. Being able to work in some of the industry\'s finest experience design teams and developing Netlight Munich’s experience design domain for over 6 years, has taught me a thing or two about design leadership, management & interviewing.
