The beginning of my career was at a PE firm in Vietnam where I focused on post-investment, teaching me about sales and building a business in a foreign market (such as Dairy Queen in Vietnam!). Upon returning to the US, I had the unique opportunity to join IBM Watson - a startup within one of the most iconic technology brands in the world. That incredible experience brought me to one of the most innovative companies in the world transforming customer engagement, Twilio. Now I find myself at the leading monitoring & observability platform - Datadog - helping the biggest enterprises in the world to drive process change, improve customer experience, and ultimately drive revenue growth & profitability.
