As part of the Senior Management Team in a multidisciplinary Company, I have a varied role that includes (but is by no means limited to) the following- drawing up of quotes for work- managing the work schedule for the companies drilling crews and subcontractors- stock control of drilling equipment and consumables- management of a fleet of drilling rigs and plant, to maximise equipment availability- daily management of rig, plant & vehicle checks- procurement of new equipment & development of new processes- management of in house ISO (9001/14001/45001) systems & external Accreditation- developing and strengthening relationships with both existing & new Clients- checking of Drillers Logs produced via Openground.
