ABOUT OLIVER LAMPARTH
MY AMBITION – In my career as an international R&D and technology leader, I have successfully built and led global, multicultural teams across automotive, IoT, robotics and semiconductor industries. My focus has always been on combining innovation, strategy and people development to create sustainable impact. MY MISSION – Enabling organizations and ecosystems through technology strategy, partnerships, and the development of high-performance teams. MY PASSION – Driving the transformation of technologies, products and organizations, and guiding people through change with empathy, vision and entrepreneurial spirit. MY COMPETENCIES – Technology Scouting & Strategy, R&D Leadership, System & Platform Architecture, Organizational Development, Start-up Mentoring, and University Collaboration. MY STORY – After starting my career in engineering roles at TRW, Bosch and Harman/Becker, I joined Intel in 2011 to help establish and grow the Intel Automotive Design Center in Karlsruhe. Over the years I built multiple global development organizations, from In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) and ADAS/AD to IoT, robotics and software-defined vehicles. My role included not only technology and product leadership but also hiring, developing and inspiring international teams. In addition, I have been active as a start-up mentor in acceleration programs and worked closely with universities and ecosystems to advance innovation. Today, I lead global R&D teams and initiatives, shaping technology roadmaps, fostering partnerships and empowering people and organizations to succeed in times of transformation.
