My focus lies in the continuous development of market-driven products that meet the needs of both passionate amateur cyclists and professional athletes.Key responsibilities include:• Product strategy & development: Identifying market trends, conducting competitive analyses, and deriving innovation potential for new products.• Lifecycle management: Overseeing the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept through market launch to phase-out.• Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and production to ensure successful product positioning.• Go-to-market & communication: Developing launch strategies, creating technical product documentation, and supporting international marketing efforts.• Customer & market feedback: Analyzing user needs and feedback to continuously optimize the product portfolio.• Professional sports support: Collaborating with the world’s top athletes to develop innovative solutions. Insights from elite sports are directly integrated into product development and selectively transferred into consumer-ready offerings.
