I have over 20 years experience as a restructuring and insolvency lawyer. I advise all stakeholders involved in insolvency and restructuring matters, including insolvency practitioners, debtors, creditors, corporate clients, directors, investment funds as well as major high street banks and other lenders. I act on corporate insolvency matters and specialise in dealing with complex restructurings involving multiple stakeholders.I also provide advice in relation to:• Complex restructurings and working with distressed business to facilitate turnaround and rescue.• Acquisitions of business and groups from office holders.• Administrations - including advice on trading administrations and sales, the appointment process, advising in relation to ROT and set-off matters, IP\'s duties, sale of company assets, advising on property/ landlord and tenant insolvency issues.• Liquidations - advising liquidators and creditors on creditors\' claims and ROT issues, recovery of assets from debtors and taking actions against directors.• Directors\' duties and obligations in scenarios where a company is in financial difficulty.• Creditor claims in relation to companies in an insolvency process or financial difficulty.
