Commercial Contract Manager for the cable replacement campaign of Dan Tysk Offshore Windfarm: • Provides specialist support and commercial input to the package manager(s). • Responsible for regular review of results and forecasts for the package manger(s) in conjunction with contractual commercial obligations, monitoring contract spend, future commitments, potential risks and one-off analyses. • Manage and follow up of contractor payment schedules. • Processes applications for payment requests. • Manages pricing and commercial implications associated with the contract(s). Lead negations with regard to variations and claims. • Give legal and contractual advice to package manager(s) and liaise with legal department and Vattenfall claims managers when needed. • Responsible for notifications to the contractor. Prepare and align with package manager(s) and other departments the notification notices. • Ensure all contractual obligations are met by both, Vattenfall and the contractor. • Ensure sufficient project records are kept to support the package manager(s) und other departments, e.g. O&M and Claim Management. • Works with procurement on package relevant purchases, through defining commercial contract requirements. Take part in negotiations.
