ABOUT OLIVER HEWITT
I am currently an Associate in the Corporate Department at Jones Day, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters. In September 2019, I was seconded to Greystar Real Estate Partners in London where I assisted their legal team with a wide range of corporate real estate work including work on their joint ventures and funds. During my training contract I gained extensive experience in a variety of corporate matters and also worked with the real estate finance and tax teams.I studied History and French at Durham University (graduating in 2015) before going on to complete my GDL and LPC thereafter.
