After what was the most uncertain time for us all globally last year I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to jump back into the hospitality world and assist with the opening of Sushi By Bou pop up In South Hampton. This was an incredibly challenging yet rewarding experience, to keep up with heavy Covid regulations but still provide a fun and safe experience for the guests after months of lockdown. Shortly after Summer the opportunity to re-open the Iconic Sushi suite 1001 was one that could not be passed up. With just a team of three staff who equally share the responsibility of adhering to CDC Guidelines, Guest relations, overall management of the venue and solely responsible for generating revenue for the company as the only location open in NYC during these uncertain times.
