Current Role: HSSE Manager, Calor Gas (GB)At Calor, I lead HSSE strategy and operational risk management across high-hazard environments including cylinder logistics, COMAH sites, and distribution operations. My work centres on strengthening safety culture, improving contractor management, and enabling leaders to understand and influence the risks within their operations.I partner closely with logistics, engineering, and operational teams to drive visible felt leadership, embed Life-Saving Rules, and deliver practical improvements that keep people safe while supporting business performance.
