Responsible for all so called \"Offer\" related processes, structures, elements and components on our websites plus our platform behind them (currently headless Storyblok setup: Tailwind + Vue.js). My team is responsible for every sort of study offer we make towards our customers. Therefore I take care of a team of four fullstack developers + one UX designer. we work in an agile scrumban framework, to develop conversion drivers focussing on pre- as well as aftersales to push our customers finally through the funnel and convert them to definites (paying students). We achieve this by providing a variety of automated services, custom APIs, multiple specific forms as well as unique validation rules and dynamic options to ensure our stakeholders and business owners can rely on a proper and seamless conversion stream and a proper data quality that allows our sales doing an efficient and productive job by convincing leads and applicants (MQLs, SALs, SQLs) to become IU students. To ensure our submits and data streams looking valid and feasible, we work closely with our Salesforce department. Therefore we need to understand the demands of our Salescloud as well as the demands of our sales advisors.
