This ensures our service team and customers get exactly what they need to keep machines running efficiently. I manage the quoting of parts, coordinating service orders, and maintaining accurate data within our ERP and CRM systems. My work bridges technical precision with process automation to support both internal teams and external clients with speed and accuracy.
