A Product Design and Development Leader with 19 years\' experience including 12 at Dyson bringing innovative consumer products from new concept to production.I\'ve played a key role in shaping future direction, developed technical understanding and built capability in a new-to-Dyson category; regularly reviewing progress with senior leadership including James Dyson.
