I have worked in the NHS for 16 years. I engage, at a strategic level, with digital and clinical leaders across the country and work closely with them to support national, regional and local NHS deliverables and priorities. I have built a strong stakeholder network and trusted relationships with senior and board level digital leaders across multiple geographies and care settings. I lead and support on multiple large scale change projects and programmes with large acute NHS trusts, local authorities and national arms length bodies. Throughout my career I have gained experience of multiple aspects of transformation and programme management, leadership and delivery, business change and user engagement. As an advocate for using business change ideals and methodologies I work continuously to ensure that in all transformation work the affected stakeholders are put at the forefront of all strategies, programmes and systems.
