About Oliver Christen-Drew

I am a work and organizational psychologist who has spent over twenty years leading global teams and developing talent, always balancing growth with quality. My journey began as a professional handball player in Europe. I then transitioned to academia as an associate professor, eventually leading me to executive leadership roles.As the Director of Global Education for two of the world’s largest freediving organizations, I built multilingual education systems in 14 languages across clients worldwide. Whether mentoring talent, fostering accessibility, or navigating cross-cultural complexities, I thrive on crafting solutions that connect people and have a sustainable business impact.Originally from Switzerland, I am fluent in multiple languages; I have lived in four countries and bring a global perspective to everything I do. Outside of work, I’m a foster parent, a freediving coach, and an advocate for anti-doping education.    I shape the Molchanovs curriculum and training programs from Juniors all the way to instructor trainer development, and moderate the continued education programs of all instructors worldwide. As a team, we manage a solid year-over-year growth of the the most up to date certification system in freediving.
