ABOUT OLIVER CESCOTTI
Today I have over 30 years experience as executive and entrepreneur. When I studied Political Science in the 80\'s I did not have any idea where my professional development would lead me, but university fueled my interest in modern history and international relations leading me to an international corporate environment. My experience as an entrepreneur, my military service and international business activities proved to be invaluable during the last 15years in a corporate setting as an executive leading a sizeable team (>500 employees,>200 million EUR revenue p.a.) in a controversial and challenging business environment. Professor Warren G. Bennis gave outstanding guidance on the essence of successful leadership. Many of his outspoken quotations reflect the daily challenges your are confronted with to be a successful leader in business.
