   Oversee all operations for Quarterlab Design Build and Studio QL, Quarterlab\'s fabrication shop-Run weekly team meetings for the fabrication and construction sides of the business-Responsible for all product line pricing and custom project estimates-Coordinate schedules across the business for construction, fabrication, and installation-Work closely with the Owner, Construction Project Manager, and Field Operations Manager to manage weekly schedules and priorities across the portfolio of large projects -Overhauled tech, tools, and processes by sunsetting unused and inefficient applications, implementing new streamlined processes with existing applications, and introducing new technologies and applications to improve project management, tracking, communication, CAD drawings and lead times for fabrication-Overhauled suppliers and vendors, onboarding new suppliers, meeting with technical reps, and negotiating agreements-Overhauled contract agreements for both Quarterlab Design Build and Studio QL-Spearheaded the transition of the company website to an eCommerce platform on Shopify by bringing in and working with a 3rd party to overhaul the website in preparation for eCommerce and product line-Lead and manage R&D investment for product development and launch of the company\'s first in-house product line-Meet with a diverse array of commercial and residential clients to discuss projects, timelines, and costs-Built out custom spreadsheets and dashboards for project management
