ABOUT OLIVER AUST
Currently, I am responsible for strategy development, for leading strategic projects and innovation at AXA Germany. Previously, I was Principal at BCG, having led several strategy projects, mostly in the insurance and health care industry, with a special emphasis on transformation and reorganisation, lean and efficiency, and cost management. Additionally, I was in charge of BCG\'s university graduate marketing and employer branding activities, leading a team of 10 people.Before joining BCG, I co-founded a start-up in the renewable energies business which was successfully exited to a strategic investor. Based on these experiences, I have coached and invested in several start-ups.Outside of work, I am a soccer referee on a semi-professional level and enjoy doing all kind of different sports.
