As a modern leader, you\'re communicating every day across time zones, cultures and generations – with investors, customers, teams, and the public. You got to where you are through expertise, drive and results. But the higher you climb, the more your ability to communicate becomes the deciding factor. That’s why I help founders, execs and CEOs communicate with clarity, confidence and impact when it matters most. This isn\'t theory for me – it\'s experience. My career as a communicator started in the German Army, where I served in a NATO Signals unit. High-stakes operations – where the cost of poor communication could be measured in lives – taught me the clarity under pressure and composure that still define my approach today. Over the past 25 years I have advised leaders through some of the most high-profile reputational crises of our time, prepared CEOs for parliamentary hearings and major investor days, coached heads of EU institutions, written four books on leadership communications, given over 500 media and podcast interviews, and delivered keynotes and a TEDx talk. I served as Chief Communicator at easyJet, earned a Master\'s from the London School of Economics, and live at the cutting edge of how AI and social media are reshaping leadership communications. I\'ve worked with CEOs of some of the world\'s largest companies, founders of hyper-growth scaleups and senior government leaders – transforming over 300 CEOs and founders into highly respected, authoritative communicators who lead with presence and speak with power. When I\'m called in, the stakes are rarely small. A new CEO. A major restructuring. A keynote in front of ten thousand people. I don\'t just give advice – I get in the trenches with you, helping you craft the message and shape the narrative when everything is on the line. I bring the same intensity to every client I work with. But the best relationships I\'ve built are with leaders who know that real connection, not performance, is what moves people. Based in Berlin with my DJ wife, two kids and two cats, you\'ll find me outside of work planning my next Misogi challenge, wild swimming, or hosting dinner parties.
