I am currently Operations Director at Ashby Precision Engineering, with responsibility for end-to-end operational performance across an SME precision manufacturing business operating over two facilities. My focus is on building strong operational foundations through robust processes, clear procedures, and a culture of continuous improvement to support sustainable business growth.My role spans the full lifecycle from quotation through to despatch, driving OTIF and Right First Time delivery, embedding a strong quality mindset into engineering and manufacturing activities, and ensuring the business is positioned to grow profitably by leveraging its strengths while addressing operational and commercial weaknesses.Alongside this, I am completing a Business Management degree, due to graduate 2026, which continues to strengthen my strategic, financial, and leadership capability as I help scale a small precision engineering business into a resilient, medium-sized organisation.
