A central part of the role has been establishing the software integration function itself, defining the processes, governance structures and ways of working that now underpin programme delivery at AML.I interface daily with a broad range of internal stakeholders across engineering, validation, programme management and executive leadership, presenting programme status at formal gateway reviews and nightly executive review meetings. This requires translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable information for senior decision makers while simultaneously driving resolution at the engineering level.Key achievements:• Successfully delivered the Valhalla with customer saleable software, overseeing integration, critical issue resolution and production readiness• Established the software integration framework, introducing structured delivery processes adopted across the programme• Created company wide tooling and reporting standards in Jira, including dashboards used at executive level to drive programme decisions• Led the organisation\'s adoption of SUMS compliant processes, raising the maturity and rigour of software delivery at AML

I am a software integration and E/E systems leader with over a decade of experience delivering complex vehicle architectures for two of the world\'s most iconic automotive brands. My career has been built at the intersection of deep technical expertise and programme leadership. At Aston Martin I lead the software integration function for the company\'s most ambitious vehicle programmes, having successfully brought the Valhalla to market and now driving integration on the next generation of AML vehicles. At McLaren Automotive, I progressed from Software Integration Engineer through to Technical Programme Manager, working across some of McLaren\'s most celebrated programmes including the Senna, Speedtail, Elva and 750S, before serving as Technical Programme Manager for the W1, McLaren\'s most technically advanced road car to date. What I enjoy most is building the structure, process, and people capability that allows complex programmes to be delivered with confidence. I am as comfortable presenting to Executive Directors as I am working through a technical integration challenge with my engineering team.
