Having joined Savills in 2020 as a Surveying Technician, my role initially was a hybrid role to assist Surveyors in their day-to-day role as well as conducting administrative work, using my experience from my Estate Management Degree and the administrative work that comes with being in Residential Agency. The role I held very quickly changed, being given responsibility for managing accounts looking after and adding value for a number of high profile clients within the Commercial Industry. The change in role culminated in a promotion to Property Manager in the early part of 2021 in recognition of the work I do Managing Property in 4 different sectors; Out Of Town, Leisure, Industrial and Business Space. I have proved successful in hitting KPI\'s on a consistent basis, with an ability to effectively manage my workload whilst cultivating positive relationships with a wide variety of Clientele and the wider Savills team, cross-selling across the business whilst earning fees for the Property Management team managing Service Charge Budgets and generating Spin Fees. My daily roles include but are not limited to arrears chasing, setting service charge budgets, carrying out reconciliations, inspecting properties, meeting clients and cross-selling to different teams within the business, a crucial aspect as Savills pride themselves in being a \'one stop shop\' for our clients.
