Greetings! I am glad to share a little bit about myself since I need to start from something here as a newcomer to Calgary.I am in love with operations and tech. During the last five years, I have been fully involved in the retail industry and managing related operations on different levels of responsibility. It became a good surprise to me - how much I like it. Carrying about a good running of the processes, growing, expanding sales, making decisions, and other routines allowed me to find out and develop my potential. The first and foremost awareness (not only understanding) was opened to me - people are the source of the prosperity for each business. Whenever this is an employee or customer, you need to maintain them in the best way you can. Communication became my daily life and adoption – I need to meet people, run tasks, and get feedback. One more awareness came to me – you need to learn all the time. Studying new things allowed me to build myself, understand the environment, and bring new approaches into my work.The other passion in my life is tech - our presence and future. It is not only one more industry but the lifestyle, original mindset, and new approach to our existence. Not that long ago, I started my path in this industry. But I believe a person armed with passion can change this world.
