Define, design, and execute data-driven product strategies aligned with overall business objectives- Lead the development and integration of the AI-based recruiting tool, Vanna, optimizing candidate-job relevance, increasing retention, and enabling communication with candidates at scale- Partner with Growth and Sales to design features that accelerate B2B offerings- Monitor KPIs (activations, conversions, NPS, LTV) along the user journey to inform product decisions- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science, to drive product innovation- Guide and develop the Product team, fostering a results-oriented, customer-focused culture.
