If I were asked what I value the most in my work as a Business Analyst, the answer would be simple. With 10+ years of experience in Telecom and Tech, I enjoy bringing people and technology together for meaningful purposes and helping organisations to succeed with digital tools. We are living in a world of digital transformation, being able to connect with loved ones in one click, work and study remotely, and do less routine work saving time for things we love. I am delighted to be a part of this evolving journey! And you? No matter the size of the team and the scale of the project, in my work I adhere to these principles: Data-driven approach in decision-making - some data is better than no data at all Ask ‘Why’ before ‘How’ - discovering the underlying needs and pain points of various stakeholders is a good thing to do to save time spent on a wrong solution People first - I believe in collaborative power and value the free flow of ideas Taking ownership - I am proactive and embrace responsibility for the quality and outputs of my work Continuous learning - there is always someone you can learn from if you have enough curiosity. Often these are end-users of your product, so a closed feedback loop matters.As a Business Analyst, I use a variety of techniques to decompose complex problems and bring team’s expertise and creativity to elaborate on the design solution. I enjoy presenting tech-savvy ideas to non-technical stakeholders to bring clarity and engagement with the solution. With a background in customer experience management for digital interfaces, omni-channel and B2B SaaS, I am keen on modelling user experience and problem-solving applying Design Thinking approach. I see value in bringing customer insights to the table and early feedback culture to bridge technology solutions with needs effectively and build exceptional end-to-end experiences.
