About Olga Serhiyevich

Olga is the founder of Lynx Point, an advisory practice for private market managers which helps to improve investability, elevate capital formation function and incubate niche private market strategies. She is an active practitioner with a co-founding role at the Cavalry, a PE style growth equity manager focused on tech companies in Central and Eastern EU, with global ambitions. Olga previously served as SVP of Venture Platform & Business Development at Citi Ventures, a fintech and enterprise tech-focused VC (Plaid, Honey, BlueVine, Unison) where she built a value-add services program to accelerate growth of portfolio companies through industry connectivity. Prior, she spent five years at PIMCO in London, where she contributed to the growth initiatives of the European business, first on the asset class level as an emerging markets debt product manager and later as a generalist business developer with a regional focus on the UK. Olga started her career at Morgan Stanley in New York.She holds an MBA in Analytic Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science with honors from Binghamton University.
