I was hand-selected for a newly created role to manage the relationships with 450+ clinical distribution sites. I partner with the scientific director who oversees all production sites and clinics utilized to retrieve human eggs from donors, building and managing all relationships with domestic and international distribution sites. Direct lab-related training, troubleshooting protocols, managing physician relationships and concerns, executing data analysis and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement relating to best practices. I oversee all communications with distribution sites, employing different types of strategies based on clinical needs and outcomes – including new training, troubleshooting, or any requests from the clinics themselves. Ensure clinics are compliant with documentation, inventory, tracking communications, and developing a relationship-based strategy for growth: Built effective relationships with partner clinics, executing 250+ client calls and 50+ in-person visits to execute initial clinic onboardings, lab training, relationship development, and troubleshooting. Spearheaded expansion of relationship management into international sites – completing four site visits across Canada to strengthen the company’s presence in the Canadian Market and growing relationships in Jamaica, Brazil, Barbados, and Israel. Improved record keeping and documentation of key events through NetSuite build-outs and DocuSign, training and onboarding of new employees, and achieving the highest level of efficiency with documentation. Hired and onboarded a second Embryologist, ensuring new staff is fully trained and efficient. Developed and implemented a novel quality assurance program for distribution sites - achieving frozen donor eggs that are among the highest quality in the industry with exceptional success rates.
