I lead with purpose and partnership—whether I’m building a regional movement to support organic dairy farms or creating events that bring people together across industries and ideologies. As Executive Director of the Northeast Organic Family Farm Partnership—founded by Gary Hirshberg, co-founder of Stonyfield—I help connect the dots between mission and market. I’ve led major fundraising efforts and developed campaigns that unite nonprofits, retailers, and consumers around a shared goal: keeping organic family farms in business and on shelves. I also manage the day-to-day mechanics that make this work possible: overseeing budgets and making sure we deliver meaningful results without overextending resources. Before that, I spent years in higher education and nonprofit engagement, designing digital and in-person experiences that sparked honest dialogue, deepened donor relationships, and reconnected skeptical alumni with institutions they’d once written off. Whether sourcing venues across the country or producing events from scratch, I’ve balanced creative vision with operational follow-through—always grounded in values, but aware of the bottom line. I thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments—where community, brand, and mission are all part of the same conversation. I’ve managed teams, mentored talent, and built programs that not only engage, but endure.
