About Olga Ivanishchuk

A resilient individual with a love for fast-paced change and new challenges, I\'ve spent the last years helping scale teams and processes across various industries and clients. My love for growth enabled me to step into my past role as Chief of Staff in the midst of the pandemic. Collaborating with the executive leadership team, I\'ve helped lead projects to address organizational staffing, strategic growth opportunities, future of work, and profitability analyses. However, school called and I left the advertising world behind in pursuits of knowledge and a new industry. Post-MBA I’m now working as a Business Manager for a tech consulting firm, in the people and internal operations realm to help grow the business as we continue to scale up and bring in more clients.In the midst of all of my projects and career growth, I’ve also developed quite the love for coffee through all of my travels, having now been to over 275 coffeeshops and look to have that list grow even bigger as I continue to travel and explore new places.
